Review: Ro Danishei - End of the Rainbow

Lately its common to see new independent artists throwing their records for free to make some impact at the music scene and it works, if you look at Simon Curtis who came to be regarded as the male version of Lady Gaga and his independent album came to be considered one of the best in the last year without any record company to help him.

Today I present to you a Simon Curtis friend, she's Ro Danishei. This girl is going the same way, presenting her album End of the Rainbow for free. This album shows a great  sound like a big pop star, sexy and daring lyrics, catchy rhythms and plenty of attitude. But in all this effort you can see also some weaknesses, like the album lacks a little originality when it's compared with the music being played right now and the lyrics at times come to sound forced and pointless.

The songs that stand out are the pure pop tracks Never Been Kissed and End of the Rainbow, the Britney-a-like Blackout, the duet with Simon Curtis on Michelle and the amazing and dirty track Ur Fuckin' Crazy.
This is a good result for an independent girl who wrote an entire album to his young age and it will give her the experience to make more cool music at the future.
Rating: 3.7 / 5
