Review: Danny Saucedo - In The Club (EP)

Danny Saucedo, after his successful participation in Melodifestivalen launched his solo EP, In The Club. For lovers of Euro / Dance / Pop music, this can be a very good album, full of electronic and a very European sounds specially in songs like Tonight and In Your Eyes. In the infectious title track In The Club (that finished # 2 Melodifestivalen), gives a euphoric touch to the album, there are also R&B / Rock sound In Love with a Lover and Never Gonna Take Us Down. Catch me if you can is a great song that make us remember the Alcazar sound, and Just Like That sounds like the pop right now (a mix of Katy Perry with Enrique Iglesias). The album closes with a ballad Cassandra, an R&B song, which gives vocally an opportunity to stand out between so many dance songs.

Although the album contains 8 songs, is a good example of what amazing Swedish Pop Music still is, in conclusion is a good party album.
