Review: Sky Ferreira - AS IF (EP)

From the beginning I had a strong obsession with Sky Ferreira, not only seems like a beautiful girl, but her music is so sticky. 

A few days ago she released her EP entitled AS IF, which has an interesting mix in the 5 tracks. If you think this EP is something like her singles Obsession or even One, this is a somewhat different direction, Sex Rules is sexy, youthful and with incredible energy, or the deep, interesting and somewhat dark Traces, the strange sound of Haters Anonymous is not something you would hear in a typical pop album, 99 Tears on the other side is good from start to finish with very European and electronic sound, the EP closes with the track 108 with a experimental touch about a secret lover.

It is hard to give a rating to this EP, just  5 songs are not enough, but they are enough to keep waiting for a whole album of this girl, for now, this EP does not disappoint and shows the versatility of Sky Ferreira and gives some fresh air to this music market.
